What if I forgot my password? #

If you already sign in to FuturesCash, you can reset your password on the app,

· If you forget your account password (Sign in password), please go to:

Profile > Security >Account Password > Forget password

· If you forget your Payment PIN, please go to:

Profile > Security > Payment PIN > Forget PIN

If you log out of FuturesCash,

1. Open FuturesCash App, and click “Sign in”

2. Click “Forget password?”

*For security we ask you to verify the change by entering the phone verification code.

How Can I change my password? #

Users can change Payment PIN and Account Password in FuturesCash,

If you want to reset the Payment PIN, please go to:

Profile > Security > Payment PIN
Enter your current payment PIN and New Payment PIN to reset

If you want to reset the Account Password (Sign in password), please go to:
Profile > Security >Account Password

Enter your current payment PIN and New Payment PIN to reset
